Menus for groups

We present our menu selection, elaborated with natural & proximity products and, many of them, ecological.

The preparation of our plates is realized just before being served, so the “fact to the moment” that characterizes our cuisine is kept.
Which is why we need to know with three working days of anticipation the selected menu.

We have also alternative meals for vegetarian and coeliac people.
All our meals are cooked in our kitchen and therefore we can attend many food particularities as intolerances, allergies, diets, etc. Please inform us about all these particularities.

Our menus are made with natural, local and in many cases, ecological products.

All our menus include bread, water, coffee or infusion and we count a bottle of wine for every 3 guests.

The proposals are intended for groups of 12 people or larger. If you would to have a set menu for a smaller group please ask us the price.

Tradition set meals

These menus will be served on weekdays and weekend nights.

We present two set meals that aim to promote meetings with family, friends and colleagues around our tables.

Traditional Catalan cuisine is full of recipes that turn simple humble products into delicious meals. A good, well-treated fresh product becomes a memorable dish in the experienced hands of our chef. This is our drive.

Individual starters:

Organic seasonal vegetable soup

Toast with tomato and fuet (catalan sausage from Vic)

Creamy fish and prawn croquette

First courses to share:

Esqueixada; shredded cod, with its salt touch, tomato and olive salad

Seasonal and local battered vegetables fried

In summer time, mussels with white wine. In winter, fried squid and black mayonnaise

Mai course to choose:

Grilled blue fish of the day from La Barceloneta

Cuttlefish black rice with allioli & tomato

Three meats cannelloni

Duck foie gras from l’Empordà in salt crust with truffle and tarragon

Salt cod in the oven with samfaina (ratatouille)

Fideuàda: vermicelli noodles with small prawn & mussels

Roast organic beef shank from the Pyrenees

Celebration set meals

We present three set meals that aim for our clients to enjoy a special meal at our home, with family, social or professional celebrations in mind.
The basis of our kitchen’s success stems from the high quality of our products, the rigour with which we elaborate our dishes and our attentive service.

The documented record in the Catalan culinary tradition keeps evolving in the hands of modern-day cooks and restaurant hosts. The menu selections we offer reflect our interpretation of this tradition, which is its evolution and modernisation.

Monk-fish from Marín in Serrallo style, with almonds & pork belly

First courses to share:

Pickled mackerel with onion & carrot

Barceloneta fried platter with shrimp, squid and small fish

Shells mix: cockles, razor shells & mussels

Traditional canelloni with a fine béchamel sauce

Main courses to choose:

Baked scale fish from the catalan coast with potatoes & onion. Dorada, dentex or red snapper.
If you want seabass you can ask for price

Three diferent variations of cod: with mousseline, garlic & peppers and vegetables

Fish & shellfish paella with umbrine, squid, mussels & shrimp or langoustines

Sirloin steak with demi-glace pepper sauce, fried potatoes and piquillo peppers

Dessert:

Tiramisu millefeuille

All our prices include V.A.T. 10%.

Booking conditions:

To confirm your booking, it will be necessary to pay a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total amount. This payment will have to be formalized 3 working days in advance of the date of the meal.

Cancellation policy:

If you do not arrive for your reservation or you cancel your booking the same day
the confirmation deposit not will be refund. The deposit will only be refunded if a cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance of said date.

Diners:

The final number of people must be confirmed at last 12 hours before the time the meal is to be held. Otherwise the bill will be issued showing, at least, the number of people we have confirmed for your booking.

    This form is attended from Monday to Friday. The submission of the request does not confirm the reservation. From Els Pescadors we will respond to you to attend and confirm your request.
